Boatwatch Service

The Semiahmoo Boat Watch service is offered year round. Be at ease during the winter days away knowing that your boat is in a secure and monitored moorage condition.

The watch includes – Pre-storm line checks, Storm watch, Post Storm Inspection & notification of any outside visual problems.
Cost is $24.95/month.

To All Boat Watch customers:

Although Semiahmoo Marina Condominium Association (SMCA) will do its best to provide Boat Watch customers with information regarding the condition of their vessel and its moorings, SMCA will in no way, be liable for any damage to the vessel or associated equipment, which may occur at any time.
